AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CAPITAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM ITS MINOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ACCOUNT TO ITS OPERATING ACCOUNT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. The Capital School District is hereby authorized to transfer 540,000 from its Minor Capital Improvements Account to its Operating Account for the purpose of purchasing institutional supplies and materials. The funds hereby transferred shall not be used for salaries of School District employees.
