AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 69, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PROCUREMENT OF MATERIEL AND AWARD OF CONTRACTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section
l. Amend 66903, Chapter 69, Title 29, Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection to be designated as subsection (i) to read as follows:
"(i) The Secretary of the Department of Administrative Services may enter into negotiations with various manufacturers or distributors and award contracts which will enable State agencies, local governments, schools and school districts to purchase those products at prices approved by the General Services Administration of the United States Government or its successor."
