AN ACT AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON MASSAGE ESTABLISHEMNTS AND ADULT BOOK STORES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1978, TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE COMMISSION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. The sum of Thirteen Thousand, Two Hundred and Eighty-eight Dollars ($13,288) is hereby appropriated to the Commission on Massage Establishments and Adult Book Stores for the

purposes and in the amounts set out below:

Section 2. This is a supplementary appropriation and the monies hereby appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund not otherwise appropriated.

Section 3. The funds herein appropriated remaining unexpended on June 30, 1978 shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
