AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 237, VOLUME 51, LAWS OF DELAWARE, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TOWN OF BRIDGEVILLE" BY INCREASING THE POWER TO RAISE REVENUE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 27, Chapter 237, Volume 51, Laws of Delaware, as amended by striking the figures "$40,000" as the same appears in the first sentence of said section and substituting in lieu thereof the figures "$60,000".
