AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 70, TITLE 9, OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES OR SUPPLIES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE OF SUSSEX COUNTY.
Section 1. Section 700-4(c)(17), Chapter 70, Title 9, of the Delaware Code, is hereby amended by striking from the first line of the second paragraph the figure "$1,000" and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$2,500".
