AN ACT TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO VARIOUS AGENCIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDITIONALOPERATING FUNDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1978, AND PRIOR YEAR'S EXPENSE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $109,299 to various agencies for the purpose of providing additional operating funds for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1978, and prior year's expense as follows:

Section 2. This Act shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and the money hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund of the State Treasury from monies not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1978, shall revert to the General Fund of the State Treasury.
