PROCLAMATION

I, PIERRE S. du PONT, IV, Governor of the State of Delaware, pursuant to Article 3, Section 16 of the Constitution of the State of Delaware, do hereby convene the 129th General Assembly into Extraordinary Session on Tuesday, March 15, 1977, at 1:30 p.m., for the purpose of considering and acting upon House Bill No. 172, and such further business as may lawfully come before it.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, PIERRE S. du PONT, IV, Governor of the State of Delaware, have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the said State (GREAT SEAL) to be hereunto affixed at Dover, this twelfth day of March, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and seventy-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the two hundred and first.
