AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE DIVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND COMMUNICATIONS, DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS THROUGH JUNE 30, 1975.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $351,200 to the Division of Maintenance and Communications, to meet operational deficiencies for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 1975, in the following category:
Contractual Services $351,200
Section 2. The sums appropriated herein shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and shall be paid by the State Treasurer from General Fund monies not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1975, shall revert to the General Fund of the State.
