AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 41, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE TO CHANGE THE DATE OF PAYMENT OF THE TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH EXCISE TAX.
Section 1. Subsection (b) of Section 4101, Title 30, Delaware Code is amended by striking the words "first day of July" appearing in the first sentence thereof, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "fifteenth day of June."
Section 2. Subsection (b) of Section 4102, Title 30, Delaware Code is amended by striking the words "first day of July" appearing in the first sentence thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "fifteenth day of June."
