AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 29, TITLE 5, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FINANCE CHARGE LIMITATIONS ON THE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 2907, Title 5, Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection as follows:
" (e) Notwithstanding any other provision of this section or Chapter, the maximum finance charges set forth in subsection (a) above shall not apply to any sale on credit or loan insured or guaranteed in whole or in part by the Federal Housing Administration and the Veterans' Administration."
