AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC WORK CONTRACTS AND PROCUREMENTS BY EXEMPTING THE DIVISION OF LIBRARIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS THEREOF.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 29, Chapter 69 by striking §6919 (Section 6918 of the 1974 Revised Delaware Code) and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§6919. Purchase of Library books by school libraries and the Division of Libraries of the Department of Community Affairs and Economic Development.
