Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of Delaware Code, Title 7, Chapter 45, §4520 (c), [0518 (d) of 1974 Delaware Code], the State Board of Education is hereby authorized and directed to lease that property formerly known as Warwick School No. 203, situated in Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware to Johnson Community Center - Everett Hall Lodge No. 647 for a period of twenty (20) years to date from enactment of this legislation.
