AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 86, TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY TAXES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §8604, Chapter 86, Title 9 of the Delaware Code by adding the following:
"In New Castle County, an additional penalty of 5% shall be added on after the thirtieth day of September on the taxes due for the current tax year."
