AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE STATE TREASURER TO TRANSFER CERTAIN BALANCES IN ACCOUNTS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE TO THE CREDIT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. The State Treasurer is authorized to cancel all outdated checks, on a quarterly basis which have expired by statute and when deemed necessary, transfer to the credit of the general fund of the State of Delaware the total amount of these checks from the following active bank accounts in the Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware, Dover, Delaware.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect immediately upon the signature of the Governor.
