AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 14, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE NUMBER OF MEETINGS TO BE HELD BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR WHICH COMPENSATION IS ALLOWED, THE AMOUNT OF THAT COMPENSATION AND PROVIDING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION THEREFORE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Stale of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 105, Chapter 1, Title 14, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "18" in its entirety as the same appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "24".
Section 2. Amend Section 105, Chapter 1, Title 14, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "$25" in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$50".
Section 3. In order to carry out the provisions of this Act during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, an amount of $2,975 is appropriated to the Educational Contingency Fund.
Section 4. This Act shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and shall be paid out of the General Fund monies by the State Treasurer not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1975, shall revert to the General Fund.
