AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 324, VOLUME 59, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE CANCER CONTROL PROGRAM.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section. 1 Amend Section 4, Chapter 324, Volume 59, Delaware Code, by striking the date, "1975." therefrom and inserting in lieu thereof the date, "1976.".
