AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, DIVISION OF STATE POLICE, FOR OPERATIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. The sum of $162,000 is hereby appropriated to the Division of State Police of the Department of Public Safety to meet operational needs for the current fiscal year. The sums appropriated are for the following categories:

Section 2. This Act shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and the money shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of General Fund monies not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3. Any funds appropriated herein and remaining unexpended shall revert to the General Fund on June 30, 1976.
