AN ACT TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO VARIOUS AGENCIES AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADDITIONAL OPERATING FUNDS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,840,000 to various agencies and school districts for the purpose of defraying unanticipated cost increases incurred during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, as follows:

Section 2. The State Boards of Education and Vocational Education are hereby authorized to transfer, with the approval of the Budget Director, funds as appropriated in Section 1 of this Act for the State Boards of Education and Vocational Education, to the various school districts. Transfer of said funds shall be made by the State Boards of Education and Vocational Education on a basis that will be equitable to all school districts.
Section 3. The funds herein apropriated to the State Boards of Education and Vocational Education and transferred to the various school districts may be expended for either Division I or Division II purposes or for utility bills incurred during F.Y. 1975.
Section 4. The funds herein appropriated to the agencies other than the State Boards of Education and Vocational Education may be expended for utility bills incurred during F.Y. 1975.
Section. 5. The sums appropriated herein shall be considered a supplementary appropriation and shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of General Fund monies not otherwise appropriated. Any funds remaining unexpended as of June 30, 1976, shall revert to the General Fund of the State of Delaware.
