AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENTS NOS. 1 AND 2

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 55, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITY TAXES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Amend §5501(3), Chapter 55, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking in their entirety the words "first produces, distributes or"; and by adding after the word "to" and before the word "consumers" the word "ultimate".

Section 2. Amend §5501(4), Chapter 55, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking in their entirety all the words and figures after the word "State" and by inserting after the word "State" the words "to ultimate consumers or users".

Section 3. Amend paragraph (3) of §5501, Chapter 55, Title 30, Delaware Code, by adding after the word "corporation," and before the word "partnership", the word "municipality".

Section 4. Effective Date. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 1975.
