AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 4, TITLE 28, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE TAX ON SPECIAL PARI-MUTUEL AND TOTALIZATOR POOLS CONDUCTED OR MADE AT HORSE RACING TRACKS IN KENT COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §445(b), Chapter 4, Title 28, Delaware Code, by striking the word "harness" as the same appears after the word "a" and before the word "racing" in the first sentence of said subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the word "horse".
