AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 31 OF TITLE 24, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO EXTENSION OF TIME FOR APPLICATION TO RENEW A LICENSE FOR THE PRACTICE OF FUNERAL SERVICE.
WHEREAS, there are several persons who held valid licenses for the practice of funeral service in the State of Delaware on September 6, 1972, who through inadvertance or neglect failed to renew said licenses prior to August 31, 1974, and who failed to apply for a renewal within ninety (90) days from August 31, 1974.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §3105(f) of Chapter 31, Title 24, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new sentence which shall read as follows:
"Any person holding a valid license for the practice of funeral service in the State of Delaware on September 6, 1972, who through inadvertance or neglect failed to renew said license prior to August 31, 1974, and who failed to apply for renewal within ninety (90) days from August 31, 1974, may apply to the Board of Funeral Service Practitioners of the State of Delaware for renewal thereof within ninety (90) days from the effective date of this Act and shall have the same renewed upon the payment of a $25.00 renewal fee."
