AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 13, PART I, TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS FOR THE STATE OF DELAWARE; AND INCREASING THE CIVIL JURISDICTION OF THAT COURT.
Section 1. Amend §1314, Chapter 13, Part I, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the figure "$3,000" as the same appears in subsection (a), (b) and (d), and substituting the figure $5,000" in lieu thereof.
