AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 61, TITLE 18, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FRATERNAL BENEFIT SOCIETIES, AND THE LICENSING OF INSURANCE AGENTS FOR SUCH SOCIETIES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend subsection (b), §6128, Chapter 61, Title 18, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "$50,000" as the same appears in paragraph (2) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$125,000".
