AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 1, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO DISTRIBUTION OF THE DELAWARE CODE AND SUPPLEMENTS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §108 of Chapter 1, Title 1, Delaware Code by striking paragraph (2) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:
"(2) To the director of the administrative office of the courts, such sets of the Code and supplements thereto which are requested by the director for distribution to:
a. All judges, courts and court connected offices and personnel which the Chief Justice of the State of Delaware shall approve:
. All attorneys in the office of the attorney general; and All attorneys in the office of the public defender. No attorney in the office of the attorney general or public defender shall receive more than 1 set of the Code and the supplements as they are printed during his term as a member of the office of the attorney general or office of public defender."
