AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 48, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS TO THE REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION OF KENT COUNTY.
Section 1. Amend §4815, Chapter 48, Title 9, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "$100,000" as the same appears therein in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$200,000".
