AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 41, TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COURSES OF INSTRUCTION REQUIRED TO BE TAUGHT IN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Amend Section 4103, Chapter 41, Title 14 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase, "and Constitution and government of Delaware" wherever the same appears therein and substitute in lieu thereof, "Constitution and government of Delaware and the free enterprise system".
