AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES FOR PAYMENT OF A PORTION OF SALARY EARNED BY PROMOTION.
WHEREAS, records indicate that Michael J. Perrotti has been satisfactorily performing duties equivalent to Clinical Psychologist II since July 1, 1974; and
WHEREAS, Michael J. Perrotti was certifiable for the position of Clinical Psychologist II, and;
WHEREAS, Mr. Perrotti would have been receiving $45.50 additional per pay period if his promotion had been effected in a timely manner.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of one thousand ninety two dollars ($1,092.00) is hereby appropriated to the Division of Mental Health of the Department of Health and Social Services. The funds so appropriated shall be used for retroactive promotion and reimbursement of Michael J. Perrotti an employee of that Division, for services since July 1, 1974 at the level of Clinical Psychologist II.
from the General Fund of the State Treasury from moneys not otherwise appropriated.
