AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 83 OF TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COVERAGE OF A FULL TIME EMPLOYEE OF THE DELAWARE STATE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. AMEND §8307 of Chapter 83, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a new paragraph 3 to read as follows:
"(3) The State Treasurer shall appoint consistent with the provisions of Chapter 59, Title 29, an employee to service State employees for the Delaware State Employees Credit Union."
Section 2. The present incumbent shall be transferred from the Department of Highways and Transportation to the State Treasurer without any loss of benefits or Merit System status.
