AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, PART I, TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INSURANCE DEPARTMENT, AND ESTABLISHING A BRANCH OFFICE IN THE CITY OF WILMINGTON.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §308, Chapter 3, Part I, Title 18 of the Delaware Code by striking said section in its entirety, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"§308. Department Offices.
The Department shall operate two offices, the principal office in Dover and a branch office in Wilmington."
Section 2. The sum of $5,000 is hereby appropriated to the Insurance Department, which funds shall be utilized to establish a branch office in the City of Wilmington. This is a supplementary appropriation and the money appropriated shall be paid from monies in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated. Any funds appropriated herein which remain unexpended on June 30, 1975 shall revert to the General Fund.
