AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 21, Title 21, Delaware
Code, by inserting a new section 2119 to read as follows:
"§2119. Requirement of Compliance with Title 30, Delaware Code, for all Commercial Registrations by Corporations.
(a) No vehicle shall be registered or reregistered as a `Commercial' vehicle under the provisions of this Chapter until the corporate applicant has submitted proof of compliance with the provisions of Title 30, Delaware Code.
(b) The Secretary of the Department of Public Safety in conjunction with the Secretary of the Department of Finance shall promulgate such requirements of proof as they shall deem necessary for the administration and implementation of subsection (a) of this section."
Section 2. The effective date of this Act shall be October 1, 1975.
