AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO 1.
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE AND APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR SALE TO A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION FOR A NOMINAL PRICE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three fourths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. The transfer and conveyance of real property formerly known as the Union School site to the Department of Administrative Services for sale to United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware, Inc., for consideration of one dollar ($1.00) is hereby approved.
Section 2. The Department is hereby authorized and empowered to execute and deliver to United Cerebral Palsy of Delawaie, Inc., a good and sufficient deed transferring and conveying said real property in accordance with the provisions of §4518, Chapter 45, Title 7 of the Delaware Code. The land shall be used as a camp for the handicapped.
Section 3. In the event that the Union School site is no longer utilized as a camp for the handicapped, the land authorized to be transferred and conveyed by this Act shall automatically revert to the State of Delaware, and the deed conveying the said land shall contain a reverter provision to this effect.
