AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 39, PART II, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CONCURRENT SENTENCES AND CONSECUTIVE SENTENCES.
Section 1. Amend §3901, Chapter 39, Part II, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by combining the last two paragraphs of said section, and designating said paragraphs as new subsection (c).
Section 2. Amend §3901, Chapter 39, Part II, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection, designated a subsection (d), which new subsection shall read as follows:
"(d) When a person is convicted of two or more offenses arising from the same criminal conduct, and is sentenced to confinement for two or more separate offenses, such sentences shall be consecutive sentences and not concurrent sentences."
