AN ACT TO PERMIT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE ALFRED I. DU PONT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ITS LOCAL DEBT SERVICE ACCOUNT TO A SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION FUND ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. That the Board of Education of the Alfred I. duPont School District is authorized to transfer the sum of $150,000 from its Local Debt Service Account to a Special Construction Fund Account. The sum transferred shall be used for: (1) The construction of a maintenance building to be located on the site of the Concord High School: (2) For site improvements and the acquisition of land or easements as required for the project; (3) Furniture, equipment, machinery, tools and supplies; and (4) Other incidental expenses as may be required for a complete, fully operational facility.
Section 2. Any funds transferred pursuant to this Act and not expended within one year following occupancy of the project authorized herein shall be redeposited in the Local Debt Service Account of the District.
