AN ACT TO AID CERTAIN FIRE COMPANIES WHO MAINTAIN RESCUE TRUCKS AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION THEREFOR.

WHEREAS, the annual grant in aide bill to certain fire companies who maintain rescue equipment inadvertently omitted Townsend Volunteer Fire Co., Inc., and the Odessa Fire Company, Inc., both of which maintain rescue trucks.

NOW, THEREFORE:

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three-fourths of all the members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. There is appropriated to the following listed fire companies the following sums to be used for the maintenance and operation of rescue trucks in public service:

Townsend Fire Company, Inc. Townsend $1,250

Odessa Fire Company, Inc. Odessa 1,250

TOTAL $2,500

Section 2. This Act is a supplementary appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and the monies appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of monies in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated.
