AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 237, VOLUME 60, LAWS OF DELAWARE, BY AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL USE FOR THE FUNDS APPROPRIATED THEREIN.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 1, Chapter 237, Volume 60, Laws of Delaware, by inserting after the words "Bethany Beach Improvement Canal" the following:
", and completion of the filling of the trenches in Rehoboth Bay,".
