AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 39, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DIVISION.
Section 1. Amend §3921(3), Chapter 39, Title 7, Delaware Code by striking the figure "22,500" as the same appears in said subsection and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "30,000".
