AS AMENDED BY HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO PERMIT THE CAPITAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ITS DEBT SERVICE ACCOUNT TO ITS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The Board of Education of the Capital School District is authorized to transfer the sum of $80,000.00 from its Debt Service Account to its Capital Improvement Account. The sums herein transferred shall be used to complete the construction, renovation and improvement projects in the West Dover Elementary School renovation project and in the Towne Point Elementary School drainage project.
Section 2. Any funds transferred pursuant to this Act and not expended for the purposes herein specified shall be redeposited in the Debt Service Account.
