AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE JUDICIAL BRANCH THROUGH THE CHIEF JUSTICE TO TRANSFER BETWEEN ALL LINES AND COURTS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE.
WHEREAS, the Judicial Branch has insufficient general fund appropriations in certain areas; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial Branch's total general fund appropriation may be sufficient to cover certain expenses for the balance of Fiscal Year 1976.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The Judicial Branch, through the Chief Justice, is hereby authorized, with the approval of the Budget Director and the Controller General, to transfer between lines and courts as needed to meet financial requirements for the remainder of Fiscal Year 1976, as follows:
