AN ACT TO PERMIT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE WOODBRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS FROM ITS LOCAL MINOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FUNDS ACCOUNT TO ADVANCE LAND ACQUISITION FUND.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. That the Board of Education of the Woodbridge School District is authorized to transfer the sum of Twenty Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars ($28,800) from its Local Minor Capital Improvement Program Funds Account to its Advance Land Acquisition Funds Account for purchase of land. The sums transferred shall be used for payment to Advance Land Acquisition Fund, State of Delaware.
