AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO PROVIDE A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE DELAWARE STATE COLLEGE, WHICH FUNDS SHALL BE USED TO COMPLETE A SEWAGE TREATMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, in 1964 the General Assembly appropriated funds to the Delaware State College for various planning and construction projects, which appropriation appears in Chapter 384, Volume 54, Laws of Delaware, and;
WHEREAS, by an Act set forth in Chapter 129, Volume 59, Laws of Delaware, the General Assembly reappropriated various funds which were not used in the original projects for modification of the sewage treatment facilities at Delaware State College, and;
WHEREAS, the funds which were meant to be expended in the sewage treatment project reverted, on June 30, 1974, back to the General Fund of the State.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of fifty-six thousand five hundred twenty-six dollars and fourteen cents ($56,526.14) is hereby appropriated to Delaware State College to be expended in that college's sewage treatment project.
Section 2. Funds appropriated by this Act shall be taken from unexpended funds remaining in the special account set forth in Section 9, Chapter 384, Volume 54, Laws of Delaware.
be used only for the purposes herein specified, and any funds which remain unexpended on July 1, 1977, shall revert back to the State account from which they originally were taken.
