AN ACT AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1976 AND PRIOR YEAR'S EXPENSE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. A supplemental appropriation in the
amount of $3,322,775 is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health and Social Services.
Section 2. The several amounts hereby appropriated are as follows:

Section 3. This is a supplementary appropriation
and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds in the General Fund of the State of Delaware not otherwise appropriated. All funds appropriated under this Act, which have not been paid out by the State Treasurer by July 1, 1976, shall revert to the General Fund.
