AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 61, TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO DAILY DEPOSIT OF GENERAL FUND MONEY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §6103 of Chapter 61, Title 29,
Delaware Code, by striking said section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new §6103 to read as follows:
"6103. Deposit of all General Fund money; Report to Secretary of Finance and Auditor.
All moneys which, under this Chapter, are a part of the General Fund shall be deposited daily to the credit of the Secretary of Finance in the Farmers Bank with the exception of those agencies which receive less than ten (10) dollars cash each day, and a report, signed by the responsible head of each agency, shall be submitted to the Secretary of Finance, with a copy thereof to the Auditor of Accounts and Budget Director. Those agencies receiving less than ten (10) dollars cash each day shall safely secure said funds and make a weekly deposit of same."
