AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER 1 OF CHAPTER 7, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO GAME ANIMALS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaivare.
Section 1. Amend §701 of Subchapter 1, Chapter 7,
Title 7, Delaware Code, by inserting immediately after the word "mink" and preceding the word "raccoon" the following:
Section 2. Amend §704 (a), Subchapter 1, Chapter
7, Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting, immediately after the word "minks" and before the words "and otters", the following:
Section 3. Amend §721, Subchapter I, Chapter 7,
Title 7 of the Delaware Code by inserting, immediately alter the word 'muskrat' and before the word 'and', the following:
