AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 65, OF TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE POWERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DELAWARE STATE COLLEGE REGARDING SALARY SUPPLEMENTS FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section I. Amend §6532 of Chapter 65, Title 29, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new paragraph to be designated as paragraph (e) which new paragraph shall read as follows:
"With the exception of cost of living salary supplements, the Board of Trustees of Delaware State College shall have the full prerogative of determining the amount of salary increments that employees shall receive. Those employees who are members of the bargaining unit shall not be affected by the provisions of this paragraph."
