AN ACT TO AMEND VOLUME 56, CHAPTER 469, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED "AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE STATE OF DELAWARE TO BORROW MONEY TO BE USED FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND EXPENDITURES IN THE NATURE OF CAPITAL INVESTMENTS AND TO ISSUE BONDS AND NOTES THEREFOR AND APPROPRIATING THE MONEYS TO VARIOUS AGENCIES OF THE STATE" BY EXTENDING THE DATE ON SALES OF THE BONDS AND NOTES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three-fourths of all the members elected to each branch thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 17, Chapter 469, Volume 56, Laws of Delaware, by striking the date "June 30, 1974" as the same appears therein, and inserting in lieu thereof the date "June 30, 1976".
