FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 380
AN ACT TO PERMIT THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE MARSHALLTON-MC KEAN SCHOOL DISTRICT TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUN_DS FROM ITS LOCAL DEBT SERVICE ACCOUNT TO ITS CONSTRUCTION FUND, 71-80.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three-fourths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. The Board of Education of the Marshallton-McKean School District is authorized to transfer the sum of $2,372 from its local Debt Service Account to its Construction Fund, 71-80 to pay the district's local share to W. Ellis Preston, Architects for work performed for said district during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1968.
