AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 52, TITLE 30, OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS IN RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS FROM THE APPLICATION OF THE MOTOR CARRIER FUEL PURCHASE LAW PROVISIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 5225, Title 30, of the Delaware Code, by striking the second paragraph of said section in its entirety.
