AN ACT MAKING A SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION TO THE COMMISSION ON INTERSTATE COOPERATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. The sum of $2,500 is hereby appropriated Commission on Interstate Cooperation to be earmark' follows:
Section 2. The funds appropriated shall be used only fc purposes specified and any funds hereby appropriated that ro unexpended on June 30, 1972, shall revert to the General Fu the State of Delaware.
Section 3. This Act shall be known as a Supplemental Appropriation Act and the funds hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the General Fund from funds not otherwise appropriated.
