AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10, § 2008, DELAWARE CODE, BY ALLOWING THE COUNCIL ON THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE TO CALL ON THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE OF COURT ADMINISTRATION TO ACT AS SECRETARY AND PERFORM OTHER DUTIES FOR THE COUNCIL.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 2008, Title 10, Delaware Code, is hereby amended by deleting the words "Clerk of the Supreme Court" and by substituting in lieu thereof the words "Director of the Office of Court Administration".
