AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE CODE, RELATING TO THE METHOD SCHOOL DISTRICT TAX ELECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 1908 (b) of Chapter 19, Title 14, Delaware Code, by striking the word "cross" as the same appears immediately preceding the word "mark" in said subsection (b).
